Requirements:
- A highly communicative and sales-oriented person
- Very good spoken and written English and Bulgarian
- Good computer literacy: MS Office, Excel and Internet
- Highly organized and diligent
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Friendly personality with positive attitude
- Dynamic and proactive
- Experience in the real estate business will be a plus
Responsibilities:
To fully assist the Lettings Negotiator in:
- Finding new properties to rent
- Receiving enquiries from tenants and landlords
- Property visits, taking photos, descriptions
- Filling in documentation; admin tasks
- Active e-mail, phone and direct clients’ communication
