Last year we successfully completed the full marketing pack for Capital Residences students’ complex, located in Sofia. The advertising initiative included design and realization of the complex’s identity, website development, outdoor banners production and a wide range of print marketing materials.

We experienced a very rewarding partnership with programata.bg – Sofia’s cultural guide media, distributing over 50,000 copies of a two-sided Capital Residences A5 flyer with them.

The advertising flyer was distributed all over Sofia, reaching out to popular city bars, restaurants, pizza places, preferred entertainment spots, modern business centres, shopping malls, movie-theatres, sports centres and much more.

And deservedly, the campaign brought back excellent results; we managed to rent out all Capital Residences apartments we had on our portfolio.
